CHURCH BUSINESS MEETING - DATE CHANGE
All members, please mark your calendar for Wednesday, January 29th at 6:00pm for our church business meeting.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS MINISTRY
This January, we’re focusing on good nutrition and healthy eating. Benefits include a longer life, healthier skin, teeth, and eyes, stronger immunity and bones, and reduced risks of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers. Healthy eating also supports maintaining a healthy weight.
As a corporate family engaging in the Daniel Fast, Pastor has reminded us that fasting is a biblical practice of self-denial. The Daniel Fast, a partial fast, enhances prayer but isn’t necessary for a healthy lifestyle. Remember, fasting without prayer is simply a DIET. If you have medical conditions, consult your doctor before beginning. Visit the Church Mall this month for resources on healthy nutrition and wellness!
