If you are asked to put away your food or drinks, or asked to step outside, please do so. We want to be good stewards of our place of worship that God has blessed us with.

CHURCH OFFICE CLOSED

The Church Office will be closed on Monday, October 14th for Columbus Day. The office will reopen Tuesday at regular hours.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS MINISTRY

The month of October is recognized as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Finding breast cancer early is key to successful treatment. That is why every October we come together to raise awareness about the disease and to encourage people to get tested. Please see our display in the Church Mall area to learn more about breast cancer prevention, screening, risk factors, and resources for evaluation and treatment.

MEN’S DAY CHOIR REHEARSAL

Pastor Cole is asking men of all ages (young to young at heart) to be a part of the Men’s Day Choir on Sunday Oct 27, 2024. The Men's Choir will lead us in worship and pack the choir stand. Rehearsals will be on Oct. 15th, and 22nd at 6:00 PM.  Questions should be directed to Bro Jeremy Payne, Minister/Director of Music.

86TH CHURCH ANNIVERSARY

Mark your calendars for our 86th Church Anniversary Revival scheduled for October 16-18th at 7:00PM nightly. The guest revivalist will be Rev. Dr. Charles Goodman of the Historic Tabernacle Baptist Church of Augusta Ga.

Beulah First Baptist will celebrate its 86th Church Anniversary on October 20, 2024 at 10:00am. Our special guest will be the Rev. Jevon Q. Catlett, the Senior Pastor of the Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Flint, Michigan.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month – October 20th will be our PINK OUT SUNDAY.

BFB YOUTH MINISTRY POSITIONS

YOUTH MINISTRY

  • Youth Usher Board Practice is on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 11:00 am
  • Youth Praise Dance Rehearsal will be held every Thursday at 6:00pm
  • Youth Choir Rehearsal is held every Monday at 5:30pm. (There will be no Youth Choir Rehearsal on Monday, October 14, 2024)

BFB TUTORING

Tutoring at Beulah First Baptist (BFB) is available every Thursday at 6:00 PM! Our dedicated tutors are here to support students of all grade levels, from elementary to high school. You don’t have to be a member of BFB to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
We are also looking for tutors, particularly in math and science. You don’t need to be a teacher—just someone with a willingness to serve. If interested, please contact our Education Ministry President, Sister Sandra Gainey.

BFB MILITARY HONORS NIGHT

Our Military Honors Night is scheduled for Saturday, 9 November 2024, at 6:00 pm. The WIA and Veterans Ministry extends an invite to all Active Duty, Retired Military, Military Veterans, and Military Spouses to attend this celebration. Registration will be available on the church website. Questions should be directed to Evangelist Pam Crowell and Rev Peter Doe.

2025 is upon us and it is time to choose ministry leaders. The email form has been sent to the current ministry leaders. Please drop off to the office 9a-3p M-F or email the church office. Please turn in completed form by Thursday, October 31, 2024.

FOOD FOR THE SOUL

We invite anyone in need of a hot meal or those who know someone in need to join us on Monday, October 28th, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM for a nourishing meal and fellowship Come as you are and spread the word to anyone who could use a warm meal and a kind heart. We are here to serve!

The Youth Department will be sponsoring our Food for the Soul in October. All Youth Department Volunteers & Parents - there will be a sign-up table in the mall area immediately following service TODAY. Please stop by the table and see how you can assist with this effort. 

BROOKS SCHOOL COMMEMORATION

Join us on Saturday, October 26th at 2:00 PM as we commemorate the historic Brooks School. This event will honor its legacy and contributions to our community. Come celebrate with us and remember the impact this institution has had on generations.
