HEALTH AND WELLNESS MINISTRY
Regular physical activity provides benefits that extend far beyond physical fitness. It enhances overall health, boosts mental well-being, and improves quality of life. We know that regular physical activity plays a significant role in reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. This month our Ministry will highlight the major benefits of engaging in regular physical activity. We will also focus on specific types of exercise. We hope that as you gain more knowledge about this topic you will be encouraged in your journey to maintain a healthy lifestyle
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY (YAMs)
The YAMs invites all young adults (18-45) to sign up to help with Food for the Soul on Mon, Nov 25th. Volunteers are needed for setup, serving, guest interaction, & cleanup. New to Beulah? - Youth Usher Board Practice is on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 11:00 am
- Youth Praise Dance Rehearsal will be held every Thursday at 6:00pm

PREMATURITY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
The Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., in partnership with the National March of Dimes, is raising awareness to end preventable premature births, particularly affecting minority mothers. Every day, over 1,000 babies are born too soon. We need your help to address this ongoing crisis. If you or someone you know is expecting, please pick up a flyer after today's service in the Mall Area for important information. Representatives from our organization will also be available to answer any questions.
