 Regular physical activity provides benefits that extend far beyond physical fitness. It enhances overall health, boosts mental well-being, and improves quality of life. We know that regular physical activity plays a significant role in reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. This month our Ministry will highlight the major benefits of engaging in regular physical activity. We will also focus on specific types of exercise. We hope that as you gain more knowledge about this topic you will be encouraged in your journey to maintain a healthy lifestyle

Join us today, December 22, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM in the Genesis Room for an afternoon of holiday fun, food, and fellowship!

Please join us for our Vision Board Night on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 6pm. Come out and join us as we learn about the importance of fasting and prayer, hear important health information, and create vision boards to assist us in focusing our prayers during the fast. Looking for a way to support some of our high school athletes? Well look no further. The Girls & Boys Basketball programs at Fort Walton Beach High School are looking for volunteers to help with concessions, admissions, and more. Perks of volunteering? Free admission into the game but more importantly you get to build a connection with some great student athletes. Because life is better when we do it together. All Presidential officers will be installed on December 29th,2024 @ 10:00 AM service.

We will not be providing assistance to the community until after the first of the year on January 6th, However if any members have any immediate need for assistance please let the office know and they will set an appointment to see the Deacons.

Contribution statements for 2024 will be mailed in early 2025; so please be sure to let the office know of any changes to your contact information. You can update your information by using the provided form and place in your contribution envelope or calling the church office.

Community Churches are uniting in ecumenical praise and worship celebrating the blessings of 2024 and stepping into 2025 with faith and expectancy.
We are honored to welcome our special guest, Bishop Walter S. Thomas of New Psalmist Baptist Church in Baltimore, MD. The service will be held at Beulah First Baptist Church on December 31st at 10 PM.

The Progressive Missionary Baptist District Association Deaconesses Ministry will have their Women in Red Program on Dec 27th at 7:00PM at the New Life Missionary Baptist Church of Crestview, FL.  Our very own, Rev Vincent Jones will deliver the Spoken Word. Sis Patricia Broughton, President.
